can i return vacuum cleaner to Makro store to be repaired, if I lost the invoice?

Irrespective of the B2B/B2C consideration, it may be better to go directly to Hoover for a few reasons. (providing that you can find some proof of purchase).
If it was over 6 months since purchase, Makro could ask for proof that the fault was due to a manufacturing defect.
If there is a 1 year Hoover warranty in place, they shouldn't be worried about the 6 month rule.
If you try to convince Makro that you purchased as a consumer and not as a trade customer, you may find that they decide to treat you as a consumer and revoke your trade membership.
The last one is the timescale.
If Makro are not used to dealing with consumer problems, they may not have a collection system in place with Hoover.
This may lead to a long delay whilst they arrange for your appliance to be collected. repaired then returned back to the store.
Hoover on the other hand may well arraqnge for a quick collection from your house.0 -
