How to get O2 £10 compensation
When O2 network was down they announced all affected users will get £10 worth of vouchers or similar from O2.

I received a text saying the following:
02: were really sorry for the network disruption last week. As a good will gesture, you'll automatically get 10% extra on your first top-up in Sept.
