Under 35 Housing Benefit (Housing Assoc.)

The bedroom tax for people with spare rooms is a seperate thing and applies to all.

There are 2 different issues here
1) Private Rents - the housing rates given for under 35's and the changes. Ie shared room rate instead of 1 bedroom rate for those aged 25-35. If they wish to remain in their current 1 bed they'd have to make the shortfall. Only applies to private rents
2) The bedroom tax - This applies to social housing, this is where they will apply a premiuim for under occupancy of bedrooms.0
