i've been putting it of & of & of  since the form was sent to me ???

(inland revenue annual review & declarations), only because i new i would end up having to phone their 'help' line

but you would think that the people who are at the othef end of the 'help' line would be there TO 'help' you, wouldnt you think !!!!!

the responce i kept getting was ,' its all explained in the hand book.'    :-/

the phone line should be called,

'phone me so i can make you feel  like !!!!!!, be-little you & reduce you to tears !!!!!'


in the end i had to hang up the phone cause i just couldnt talk to the guy   :-/

WHAT ever happened to talking to a person LIKE a person          :(

(i wouldnt have phoned if I could understand the bloody hand book)

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles..... I reakon there must be something in the air, as you've probably read I am also having troubles with a few companies at the moment.

Sorry to hear about the problems ac. Some people just like showing how 'superior' they are. Don't they know when they are answering calls to a helpline that they should be 'helpful'?
Complain about their attitude, they shouldn't get away with this.

Its probably as simple as the pratt at the other end of the phone doesn't have a clue themselves so therefore they come up with the wonderfully helpful and brainless answer of 'its in the handbook' (alternatively given some of the call centres I have been in contact with lately it might be the only English the person knows).

This person is being paid to do a job and have spectacularly shown themselves to be totally incompetent. I would report them.

slightly off topic but i had same problem sorting out working families tax credit. one ? asked how much something i had coming in, so i put £0.00. held my form up for 8 weeks, as i should have left it blank, took a 3 shirty letter s to get it sorted, then they sent letter saying it was in the handbook. read it twice and haven't found it yet!!

I would try phoning again, you might get a pleasanter person. I would report them as people have said.

If you are going to cry, make it away from the computer keyboard, tears mess it up and it would be a shame if you stopped posting cos of it. And turn your webcam off!!

ac is there any chance you could take it to the CAB? Take the relevent documents with you and maybe they would help you fill it in there and then?
