thanks but the only problem with that is that ive already rang my insurance company to file the claim and am awaiting a call back tomorrow. i didnt realise so much was involved and how complicated it all was until today.
Well, when they ring you just tell them its for information only for the moment.
and then do the rest yourself. They cant force you into using them.
Its only complicated if other people are giving you complicated information.
It really is simple. Annoying I know, when you yourself havent done anything wrong. in fact it's :mad::mad::mad: but as long as you werent hurt. Thats the main thing.
