Plus an interesting and fairly balanced article from the NY times, it refers mostly to US stuff, but the same applies to here in most areas.

Sadly it looks like a reasonable active lifestyle (not sitting down for 8 hrs then going mad in a Gym for 60 mins, but more like regular walking and general moving about all day long), less processed food and a balanced diet are the way to go-so very boring after all and won't make the big money for any diet/food gurus or industry rofl.

i went to the supermarket yesterday and noticed that clover is available in blocks like butter! on the packaging it says churned like butter!! what are they doing? As i've said, i won't be buying it again, and will stick to spreadable butter instead!
i tend not to look at what the ingredients are and go by taste, and i don't like the new taste and look of clover!0 -
It's just the health and cost police changing the ingredients.
McVities Digestives are a shadow of their former selves, Sugar Puffs have gone all 'wholemealy', you rarely see ordinary fruit squash available, only 'no added sugar' varieties which taste foul.........oh and Cadbury's Creme Eggs really are smaller than they used to be - fact."I'm ready for my close-up Mr. DeMille...."0 -

It's nonsense.
