What have dairy crest done to Clover?

I've been buying it for years, always loved how it tasted and how it spread like butter! now, it's vile, it's pale and doesn't have the same texture as before. Also the words churned like butter have gone from the pack too! I certainly won't be buying it again!!!

They have changed the packaging as well. We have not had one which has not cracked or broken halfway through use so we have to transfer the rest of the contents to a tupperware box. Stopped buying it now.

So you wont be singing 'we all love Clover' any more then?

I personally love I can't believe it's not butter. I get the light version and it's still really nice.

Haven't bought Clover for years. We use "I can't believe it's not butter" and have done for quite some time.

"I can't believe its not butter" have also a changed recipe. As it was on offer we bought some, whilst not tasting too bad it had a smell of really cheap margarine, almost like sour milk. Years ago Vitalite smelled like it and Olivio isn't far behind.
