Apologies to anyone who had issues claiming the £10 RSH voucher from the Sunday Telegraph over the weekend – you can contact us on 0800 377 7748 (Freephone) to discuss any problem you had.
Not sure. Has anyone had the voucher credited yet?0 -

Thanks for posting this number.
I assume its because there were discrepancies between the Telegraph advert and the offer description on the RSH site page and there was a very poor description of how existing customers could use the offer code in the Telegraph and on the RSH site.
Notably the Telegraph stated the offer was available all Sunday (until the 10000 were taken) whilst the RSH site stated available from 09:00am.
So if a new account was registered with the code prior to 09:00 would the account have been considered for the offer.
The e-mail confirming account opening did not mention the code registration.
On existing accounts the code was entered in a box in the account personal details section and pressing the submit button refreshed the screen but there was no active acknowledgement. Logging out and back into your account during Sunday still showed the box and code but after Sunday the box has been changed to a BOA offer.
In previous RSH offers there has also been confusion but it is a pretty generous offer if you are lucky.0 -

Hmmmmm....bit strange this time round with the RSH/Telegraph promo.
Been well over 48 hours now. The £10 credit would have been applied to the majority of accounts in previous promotions within this time frame.
Will have to wait and see I guess.:grouphug:Official MSE canny forumite and HUKD VIP badge member
