I dont know what I'm doing wrong but I already have an account but can't see where to put the code!
    Can anyone help me please?
Go to Personal Details, put the code into Telegraph offer box, update - done! ;)

Found it! The page wasn't loading properly before! Thanks!
  • Can I add this to the same account I used last time when they had the £10 free credit from The Sun? Will it still give me this new credit if I already have the previous one still in my account? Thanks. :)

Do people think it's a zero or a letter 'O' in the code?

I managed to enter in the code with a 'zero' and didn't get an acknowledgement.

Once you've submitted the code, navigate to a different page and then go to the personal details page again (but don't use the 'back' button to get there); if the code is still there then it submitted/updated successfully!

Nevertheless, this doesn't verify that you entered the correct code or that you'll definitely receive the £10 credit.

Hope you are right but in the paper it says "existing customers will need to log into their my account area and enter the code when purchasing tickets". So maybe existing customers (like me) can't bank the credit for future use.

Very weird 'reaction' from the site to putting in the code - it just updates and the page remains with the code still in the box. Makes me feel like it hasn't registered! Also - the code is a zero.

I'd assume that's just badly worded; taken literally it doesn't reflect how the site works.
