Don't put the code in until 9AM. I did this last time and did not get any credit. As the terms state from 9AM.

Don't expect any acknowledgment for days. They've run similar promotions several times and when they say it will be credited within 72 hours that's exactly what they mean!

You don't get the credit, or an email about the credit for about 2 days, and as it's a bank holiday weekend I'd expect to hear sometime around Wednesday.

Also the credit seems to appear in your account some hours before the email.

Everytime they've done this offer there's been a lot of anxious posts on here worrying about not hearing from them and, later, about getting the credit but no email etc - but you just need to be patient!

Also, the credit isn't always obvious when given - you'll usually find it under "eVoucher Details".

The terms and conditions in the paper state:

2. The promotion will run from 00:00 on Sunday August 26 2012 until 23:59.

So might be best to enter as soon as possible...

Here is the terms from RSH. I would not rely too much on the telegraph as they are only printing the offer not honouring it. On RSH it says from 9.
