Hope everyone is enjoying the BH weekend. We've got DGD here tonight, and sleeping here for the first time too:D She doesnt usually sleep through so it could be interesting:rotfl:She is being entertained by her Daddy at the moment, but nearly bath time now.
Did the shopping this morning, seems to have gone up again  I got a bargain pair of wedges yesterday though.Originally 29.99,they'd had a couple of reductions, but when I got to the till they came up at £6.
Roast beef for tea,but quite easy as I'd previously frozen it sliced in gravy, followed by apple pie.
Anyway bath time calls, take care all x:heartsmil 'A woman is like a teabag: You never know her strength until you drop her in hot water'. (Eleanor Roosevelt)0 -

Evening all,
BB, pics are gorgeous, lovely kiddies. FB, would love to see Steps, hope the concert was good. Hope everyone else has had a good day, whatever you were doing.
Had a nice day today, went into city centre to see the Tall Ships leave Dublin, place was heaving, did not stay long, far too crowded, weather was really good, lots of food and beer stalls, markets etc, lovely to see families out enjoying the festivities and the sunshine. We went from there to a beautiful park closer to home, had a lovely walk and coffee in the courtyard, so nice to chill in the sunshine. Two washes done, and on the airer outside, dinner cooked, with leftover curry sauce frozen for another day. Mam gave me some bacon yesterday which I had forgotten about and it defrosted so cooked it with onion and now have that frozen in portions in the freezer and will use it as a basis for carbonara, stews etc. Knit some of my scarf this evening and now having a coffee with OH before bed. Actually feel like I have had a productive day today. Going to start on an exercise regime tomorrow, I really need to get fit again, walk nearly killed me today and it was NOT FAR.....really need a kick in the butt to get going. Lucky for some of you who have Bank Holiday tomorrow but I am back to work bright and early and not looking forward to it. Goodnight everyone and help yourself to a hug if you want/need one.Cait, at long last signing on:rotfl:0
