I think that the reason your coupons did not scan was the number of items you actually purchased. Its happened to me twice now (both times I just bought 2 bottles of the Charles Worthington stuff - £10.98 before BOGOF) - used three coupons and that's it (it seems to let you use one coupon per product plus one!!! although that piece of info is a bit hit and miss).
In order to use more coupons, it's often worth buying a couple of cheap items (bars of soap for 24p or even the Alberto shampoo/hair gel which is BOGOF @ 98p). I do believe that this is the reason for vouchers not scanning.

I think as kronen has said above, this applies to the points vouchers, Ive never had problems(that i know of) of the till only accepting say 10 money off vouchers on a say 9 item shop......

Can you remember the coupons accepted and the ones refused.....

    um... not sure about that, for that one item £11.99, used 2 x 2.5, 1 x 2, 1 x 1.25. so used 4 coupons for 1 item.

when is the expiry date of old quit? is it worth to swap them? i never found any in my locals.

do lemsip and oral b replacement brusheads ever on sale? need some of these, they are healthcare, aren't they?

    Hi

I bought the Oral B replacement heads - they are toiletries. I bought the 4 pack at £10.99 - £7 coupons so £3.99 to pay + 4x50 point coupons. Quite good but not as good as free :p

    Evening all.

    Oral B - I also brought the 4 pack at £10.99 this week used toiletries coupons 2 x 2.50 2 x £2 (diff dates) 1x £1 and 1 x £1.25 old quit so free!
I don't remember them ever being on offer - Boots have them on 342 sometimes.

Re mutiple vouchers my store tills are definitely set to only accept one of each quit per transaction. I tried numberous different things when they first came out and even today when I used £60 of coupons the only reject was the £1.25 quit toiletries (2nd one). I beleive not all tills are programmed the same and not all rules apply to all vouchers.

yup, seems to be that way, I used 4x £1.25 quit vouchers; 2x£2; 2x£4 DM (scanned in by SA); 4x£6 and a £5 clothing off a £87 shop after bogof earlier this week

just bought loreal revitalift eyecream, £11.99 (after discount), one £2 (exp 20/05) and one £1.25 (new quit) were rejected, because already used one £2 (exp 29/04) and one £1.25 (new quit); the till won't accept duplicate coupons? don't know, need to pay a few quid at the end but it is ok, need to sort out those wrinkles. and i often forgot to scan the 50 pointers because of nervousness and i tried my best to avoid using the CS desk just in case, really annoyed about that.

I always check to see whose on the cs desk the young lad bungs any coupons through and gives you cash without a glance. I'd say if you forget one coupon or two have a go.

I've always understood that the Oral B replacement brusheads were toiletries.
    Anyone else?
Not bogof or reduced at the moment, just normal price.
It may be worth waiting till the 25th when new deals are available instore, to see if the Oral B are reduced.

I can confirm that I have used H&B vouchers to get free Oral B heads - not sure if beauty will work though
