Hi, can someone tell me please - on reduced price H&B items does the till count the real price or the reduced one as your total spend for couponing?

Say I buy something for £3 instead of the usual price £6 will the scanners say I spent £6?

    Thanks muchly

Cant give 100% yes on this, as things could change, but the recent reduction in the Charles Worthington range, went through at the higher price and the deduction was made later.........so was counted before deduction.

Also - is the 40p colgate still scanning with any toothpaste?

Again.....I dont think its been proved with EVERY toothpaste, but there have been a few it has been tested successfully with.

But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.

I've got that till spit Ella. I was going to try it with some vouchers as long as they mention 'beauty' and I think it should go through. Has anyone tried this yet?

I think you could use £2 off wys £8, £1.25 old quit beauty, £1.25 new quit beauty/toiletry, £2.50 So Beautiful. I've no H&Bs left but I'm sure there's something in there you could use. The minumum you'll have to spend is £5 and use old and new quit kits and so giving £2.50 discount.

    I think that's right?

Thanks for that I've got one £2.50 off when you spend £10 and a £2 off when you spend £8 so I now need some quit packs to make it worth while
  • Is that list on page 1 of this thread the current BOGOF's? It says Lynx items are both beauty & toiltries but when I look online they are only showing as toiltries.

Just had a quick heads up from a mate and it could be a problem. He reckons that the till receipt he got at the weekend in Norfolk tesco was now grouping products and sub-totalling the items within the bill. This would mean that the bogoffs were taken out of the total and the spend condition vouchers may not work.

anyone come across this as an issue yet?
