Thanks leadhead I missed borderlaklands location. As I too live in norfolk also in the middle of nowhere, could you pm which store you work at, you could come in handy, he he he he0 -
Called in today and got a clothes shop down from £70 to £25 and 2 healthcare down to almost nothing.......while walking round there was a woman handing out the leaflets for toiletries (£2 off £8 spend) so i got dh to pick up one as i was scanning the vitamins. Anyway i found another on the shelf with the plasters and was quite pleased - everything went ok and it wasnt until we were outside dh handed me a PILE out of his basket - he said she wasnt on the other table and they were just sitting there so he helped himself! :rotfl: So i now have about 30 im going to list on PTS as they run out on the 20th may so i wont use them all before then! :T :TWin £2012 in 2012 challenge 0/2012

Think I recognize your name from the Boots thread. The blue clothing vouchers are much sought after and can be bought on eBay if you don't get them through the post. If you combine them with other Tesco clothing vouchers, with different barcodes, from say the Quit Kit or the Get Active Pack or the yellow clothing coupons currently in some stores, you can get massive savings on your clothing purchase.
I find the best way to get max savings (and sometimes even FREE clothes, depending on finding a scan-happy SA) is to buy £35 mens/womens clothing and £25 kids. Calculate carefully allowing for any reductions, otherwise your total might not be enough to make the coupons scan. £35 and £25 makes £60 total and allows you to use ALL your blue ones (the mens £6 scans without buying mens clothing btw), use 2 £6 yellow, 2 £6 Active, 2 £6 Quit, making for FREE clothes and another £12 off your other shopping, providing you can find all these coupons.
The Quit Kits and Get Active packs can be found at the CS desk in an A5 envelope. Or swap coupons on Paidtoshop. Don't forget schoolwear/swimwear/footwear/sunglasses all counts as clothing. And handbags too!
HTH & Let us know how you get on.
You have indeed seen me on the Boots thread which is my usual hangout but I am intrigued by getting something for nothing so thought I would pop along here for a quick gander
It does sound rather complicated even though you have explained it really well!
I only have 1 tesco in about a 20 square mile radius so imagine I am going to be quite limited there.
I will pop down and see if I can see any of the aforementioned vouchers though to combine with the blue clothing vouchers I currently own

Thanks leadhead! And there was me thinking you really were mentioned!
These CA you use use time and again, do they not ever get a rollicking from their supervisors for taking all your coupons? If I ever get a good one, remember them and go back, they scrupulously check each coupon and knock some back!
Just got back from a Quickie....spotted a lad I'd "used" before
As he was scanning my first pair of trousers , i asked "was it ok to take my coupons"........"Yes" he said "but only 50%"......"hold on" I said, "I wont have enough money on me", anyway, he helped me put the stuff back in the trolley(so I could re-assess the situation).....I did,
Went 4 tills up, to the guy I missed yesterday by 5 minutes, asked him, "yeh" he said.
£60 clothing, £24 HandB £8 HC.........97pence....and 40 schools vouchers....See you later I said.Couponing....."every little hurts"

Leadhead, you're just sooo brave. I wish I had the guts to do this. Although I have certain cashiers who are happy to take coupons, I just wouldn't dare let it get down to me paying just pennies. Maybe I'll try it this weekend with my las h&b vouchers, but I bet I chicken out!0

But think about it........its no different, if he's scanned £60 worth, why should he have a problem with another £20.......I think thats a hurdle you need to get over(in the nicest way).....
Feed him a few at a time, see the reaction.......
There are 2 types of SA, those that do, and those that have a limit......
I've even given up buying "padding" now.......Couponing....."every little hurts"

Has anyone bought £16 worth of healthcare and then used 2x Green Get Active £2 off, 2x New quit £2 off & £4 x £1 peachy??
I usually get £8 worth and use 1x Green Get Active £2 off, 1x New quit £2 off & 2 x £1 peachy, but as the peachy ones run out this weekend I'd like to maximise my shop and use them all up.
