Sorry Welshy- that sounds like an awful situation!!!

I've had my ups and downs this weekend but I've never been treated like that! In fact most of the SAs have been lovely. I must admit I do feel a bit guilty for using vouchers now and again but I keep reminding myself that it isn't illegal! ;)

Ski voucher did not work with Yeo valley organic yoghurts for me.

But today it worked on Tesco organic low-fat yoghurts. DH says he doesn't like low fat ones...but thats just too bad, I'll be stocking up next week!

Welshy, Just wanted to send my thoughts too - I've really appreciated your helpful posts. Don't let the b*****s grind you down! (Not sure whether that word is allowed on here, so playing safe ...and when I was a little girl I thought it was the Welsh for nettles, but thats another story!)
You're a far, far better person than she is.

The ski vouchers from the Active pack combine with the voucher from the milk so the Active8 are 49p for 4.

dear welshy, sorry to hear what happened and how upset u were.

at the end of the day, we r customers, we spent our hard earned income in their shops even with some coupons, and we, the customers, create their staffs' jobs; u r not stealing or doing anything illegal. if they don't like coupons, just refuse them, no need to target any customer and humiliate her.

in fact, when i think about it, we probably spend more money per week to pad our coupon shops than our regular shop before couponing. and we definitely visit stores more often and more aware of their products/ services. we are the most loyal type of customers, i used to split weekly shop between t and other supermarkets and never bought any toiletry/beauty/clothes from t, now the only place i would do my shopping is t, whatever i want to buy, i always think of t first, and moan when t doesn't sell that product. mr. t should keep us sweet.

it seems to me coupons are disappearing from stores in the last 2 weeks, even pharmacist removed all the coupons they used to just put on counter. what's going on?

Anyway, I am hoping leadhead will give me some advice he is usually spot on

You mean leadhead.....THE FAILURE......Shock Horror2..........I got stopped today after putting through £120 worth of goods only to be told by the (usually acceptable young lady), "I'm sorry but I cant take all of your vouchers, theyve told us not to.." ......"OK I said, just take as much as you can", "OK" she said(me, convinced i could talk her into just a few more) ......"I'll just ask the supervisor".................

Well to cut out the details, the supervisor ended up apologising to me, and he said he would return my £120 worth to the shelves.

I said ..."thanks very much"....luckily i had picked up one of the .com mags which was hiding another 58 yellows and 66 £2 off £8 for 20/05......."I'll just have my magazine" i said............phew......nearly a double whammy)

Its a situation, ive never faced before.....last time i faced a failure like that was at the end of an Open University Summer School, after drinking 11 bottles of Brown Ale and a Pint of Theakstons.....total failure....swore down then, I'd never touch a pint of Theakstons again.

Anyway it wasnt all bad....the shop before that, did £117 for £7 for me and not wishing to end the day on a failure.....did another 3 with 100% success.

100% succcess, isnt really true...Woke up this morning raring to go....excellent company till 11.30 last night, so "in the mood".........

Went to sort my vouchers...Shock Horror1..........discovered I'd been over generous with my vouchers and had given away all my remaining "Old Quit" £6which expire tomorrow.........I really hope the PTS people who got them put them to good use, I intended to give most of them away, but later in the week must have confused them with the 17/06 ones in my haste to post them

Never mind £70 off £60 isnt that bad..............Hope my "blues" man comes up trumps soon....only got 12 sets left now.....

As you can see Welshy...Ive pmed(are pming) you.
    Couponing....."every little hurts"

Half of the people can be part right all of the time, Some of the people can be all right part of the time.
But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.
"I'll let you be in my dreams if I can be in yours, "I said that............................ Bob Dylan 1963
