It's the Cashplus prepaid Mastercard you're looking for. But once you sign up for the creditbuilder account don't miss a payment. If you do you'll get a red default on your credit file!

There are quite a few of these cards around but the Cashplus prepaid mastercard at £4.95 is a good option as it also offers a number of other services, such as direct debits, standing orders and faster payments from the account and can therefore be used as an alternative to a bank account if needed. The card also offers guranteed payday loans and overdrafts to cardholders. The payday loans cost £1 per day and the overdraft (£100) costs £20 arrangement fee (anual payment) plus 50p per-day where used,
Another benefit of this card is that it offers free US Dollar and Euro currency cards which can be loaded from the cashplus account. These currency cards offer, amongst other things, free ATM withdrawals in the zone of the foriegn currency of the card (although some posters here will deny this, it is correct).0 -
The Lebara Money card was applied for in the last ten minutes. :j
Thanks for all the help! :T
The card arrived last Thursday, 6th September, and both cards were activated yesterday. However I thought that it wasn't supposed to cost anything to top up the card but apparently it is only free when topping up the "Family member card" with the master card and the only way to top up the "Family member card" is with the master card.
It costs nothing to top up with bank transfer but can take up to three woeking days. It costs £1.00 to top up at the Post Office or when using a debit card and 3% when topping up at Paypoint.
HTH anyone else who is considering getting this card.0 -

I don't know of many that aren't free. Apart from that, they make their money from the poor exchange rate offered when you load the card.
Better to get a decent travel card in the first place, than to fall for the marketing nonsense.0 -

Not sure why you recommended taking it in the first place. Certainly nothing that puts it out in front for me.0 -
