Three? It should definitely be capped at two children.

The whole world is overpopulated for goodness sake - too many people and too few resources.

Oh,fgs,is there anything people won't say to argue against it?If a fourth child is created by rape 99% of people wouldn't want their rapists child. If it was unexpected or anything else you deal with it and make your own choices. Why the heck should the country foot the bill for people choosing to continue to have more kids?Niether of those examples you gave make any difference. Why is it 'unfair' if thr child wasn't planned?
Should children pay price of choices & mistakes made by their parents ? ;)

If only it was all that simple, that punishment & reward gives the desired outcome, that society & people can be controlled in that way.

I'm aware of someone who has 6 children by several fathers. She pays £5 a week for her 4 bed property. She also has a partner who works. She openly boasts about 'loving her free time' and 'happy days'. It makes me sick.

Yes I have reported her (twice) but seems nothing has been done (yet?)

My son and his wife can't afford to have children yet as neither of them have permanent jobs. They are on temporary contracts. Grrrrrrrrrr!:(

Is that any of your business, do you know all the facts, why are you jealous ?

Maybe you should blame the government, big corporations & globilisation, not one of your neighbours.

Yes i think it is her business, especially if she is a tax payer who is keeping this woman and her kids...
You keep reporting her love until they do something about it.
    They make me sick too.

TBH I think it is easier and less controversial for the Gov to continue with the new capped weekly limit that will come in with UC. Rather than targeting any group you simply have the benefit cap (which they can cut or raise as desired). By treating ev1 as equal you avoid any stupid descrimination allegations and from a image point of view as the Gov found out with the recent child benefits cuts attacking that benefit in particular as well as any one group tends to throw up more protests.

Capping can do the same job, but be seen as more even handed. Its then down to the family as to how many kids they can support on that max amount-just like workers.

Looks like with a 4 bed and 6 kids surely the new cap and UC will directly effect her. Especially if her youngest is school age they will be pushing her to look for work, at least her "free days" will be disturbed by having to sign on.

Who cares, get on with your life.

Her day will come, for what, for you false reporting, which the system can do without, as that is what the majority of reports are, from jealous nosey neighbours, friends, ex partners, people with a grudge.
