I received it today!
The listing said BNWT but there was no tag attached & it’s fake!!
I still have the Item not received case open (it came with atracking number) so I need to close this.
I haven’t contacted the seller yet, (they wasn’t very helpful with my previous question) I could do with some advice please.

Change your reason for dispute to SNAD, did you open the dispute in paypal or ebay (not sure if it was previously mentioned) as that makes a difference to what you should do next.0
