Extra £10 allowance when topup with o2 PAYG

Its a question about this text that I have recd today. If I top up my o2 payg then I would get £10 allowance to spend on calls,text or data (valid only for next 21 days). However no where on o2 site it is mentioned about terms and conditions for this offer.
I use my o2 payg number for international calls (o2 unlimited tariff) and my question is whether I would be able to use this extra £10 allowance for making calls in next 21 days?

ok, I had to call o2 customer services. They have promised to update my account with extra £10 allowance credited in next 24 hours.
If you have a same text, you may have to call to get this credit to your account.0
