Well sort of... Except profits are regulated and any money spent on similar action is recouped directly as an increase to bills so....
True but action is not taken from the profits like that anyway, it is taken with costs applied to the debtor and the rest of the work is normally done in house through their own collection agency.
Bills also increase in 5 year blocks so there is no way to tell how much the action would increase the bill if any increase is shown at allThere is a race of men that don't fit in; A race that can't stand still;
