    Good Afternoon All.
Well ,having spent all day yesterday packing boxes for DS to move, he's just rung to say he's safely into his new flat and is out exploring the area. What a relief! Hopefully the stress will fade quickly for him and he'll be back to being OK again.
DH was asked to work with his old boss for today so I had the doggies to walk earlier. Also made some bread and some HM soup for the freezer.
Not sure what I'm doing for the rest of today - DH needs some help wording a letter but beyond that.....
Enjoy your Friday, everyone! Take care.

    Afternoon All

HH - Hope you have enjoyed all your trips, they are the places I visited when I was young, would love to go back. Hope your Ex MIL stays comfortable, she obviously thinks highly of you. Shame on her son.

Beemuzed - Glad DS has moved, hope things improve for him.

    Judi - That's creepy.

Congrats to all the exam results - whether you get the grades you expected or not you are successful as you have worked so hard.

Settling in a bit more at work now I have done a full week, I can even find my way to the Office and back! People are good and friendly so I feel a little more cheerful. Other work at 6 tonight so better go get a shower in a minute. I have managed to go swimming 3 times this week so feeling rather smug.

Not much OS been going on apart from trying to keep up with the washing and getting it dried inside (too many showers!). Will have to do some HW tomorrow along with some food shopping.

Have a good weekend. Take care. XX

    Evening all,

Glad to see you are all OK.

    LW love your new avatar
HH sorry to hear about ex MIL's health problems, but I am impressed with her spirit.:)

Life continues pretty much the same here, we had a few days away at Legoland at the start of the month and took the opportunity to go visit Loulou and her DS for a few hours on the way home. Had a love time, and completely freaked her and DS1 out by rubbing her tummy, lol! There's plenty of it to share though, that baby's coming out a fully formed scrum half!

Boys went back to school last week, and my decorating continues. The hall is currently getting it. I will start wallpapering tomorrow, this will be the wallpaper I bought two years ago :o

OS wise, need to knuckle down, we want to go to Florida next year, so need to start cooking everything from scratch and meal planning again, now the routine has settled back down.

    Hugs to you all,

    Jackie xxx

Thanks BB, I tend to lurk rather than post, but will try and make more effort. :)

    Hello all,

Nice to see you back JG.

Losing the plot as this weather is just too much for my old body to handle....I don't need/want 30c, just the odd day that it doesn't rain, somebody has been doing a very successful rain dance around here, I want to go out and not need a raincoat and umbrella.

Grump over, may I offer a hug or 3 to anyone to whom they might be of assistance?

OH needed to go to next town to get stuff for his hearing aid, there is also a Debenhams there, so he is now carrying a considerably lighter wallet and I have acquired 3 new outfits, all of which I like and will put in wardrobe when I have sent to CS all the things I no longer like from my wardrobe, so I am now set up for the next several years.

Had 2 smoothies...the "not guilty" ones while we were out, delicious but will not be repeating the experience, as they were €3.50 each....that's for the little bottle!

DD4 and DGS2 have gone to visit DD1 in Cork so Bran is keeping Mossy company for the 2 nights....they now miss each other when they are in their respective homes so not sure how that will work when schools open on Monday.

    Night all, sleep well
