We call it a..... Netbook :)

To this end I would recommend the HP MINI 210 BEATS NETBOOK - AQUA REFURB £149.99
This machine normally goes for £230 upwards(Not that it's worth that much).

    ......

I think it is a relative bargain for a Netbook with a six cell battery.

Nice, but all sold out!! :(

How about the Asus Eee X101CH 10.1" - are they any good?

The next best is this Asus Eee PC 1025CE
But it's more expensive, it's purple and you have to order it to be able to check as to whether it actually has the N2800 installed and a memory cover for user upgradeable memory on the bottom.

If not, you can return it for a refund if it doesn't suit.

You have to check the specific model numbers. The X101 have reportedly poor power connectors and keyboards. Also you have to check whether you have a 3 or 6 cell battery.
So they wouldn't be my choice. Check the reviews for yourself.

The HP is a good deal.

Oh I see...all gone. People know a good deal when they see one.
  • My Eee is a 101mt.

Eee PC T101MT. No relation to the X101. :)

The one you linked is an Asus V2 which is N2600 and only 1GB RAM which reviews say can't be upgraded?

    Can't be bothered to argue.

Power connectors reported to be a bit shaky anyway.

There is a £200 Asus with 11.6" with C-50, 4GB RAM, 320GBB HDD and Win7 premium. I think that could be a better choice than £188 Asus. (At least you got 4GB RAM)

Certainly worthy of consideration, as I'm not really impressed with any of the other Netbooks.
I guess the OP missed the HP.
