Spent £121.75 on clothes, then all coupons brought it to £24.75 & got 1830 points! Very happy, especially after the H&B vouchers not accepted last week.
Well done on your haul - Your brave I wouldnt of dared use my cc.

Yes its good to bounce back after a knock back, the permutations on a £120 clothing spend are endless, just goes to show Mr T's policy......there isnt one.....its up to the individual SA.Couponing....."every little hurts"
Half of the people can be part right all of the time, Some of the people can be all right part of the time.
But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.

Does anyone on here know how good swansea main store of fforestfach are for taking clothing coupons? Had a bad one in Bridgend tonight, did £60 shop but young male SA would only take one of each clothes voucher and same with H+B. I obviously mistook grumpy look on his face as boredom. Silly me :mad:There's nothing wrong with me a little chocolate won't fix! Or sweets - not fussy really!0

Just a quickie Dudes....
The yellow £10 off £50, £7 off £35 and £5 off £25 clothing spend....
I was planning a £50 shop and using:
£10 yellow
£10 blue
£6 blue men
£6 blue women
£6 active
£6 quit pack
leaving £6 to pay.
Will this combo work....??
Any ideas for the remaining £7 yellow or £5 yellow???
Cheers,
Duder
Duder,
I'm out of the couponing game at the mo, enforced holiday, but I want to hit the ground running on my return. Just to clarify things, the 50 quid shop you speak of, is it just clothes and H&B products you can use these on, or can they be used on other things like food or booze. i think i muffed up
i got £52 worth of kids clothes today and must admit was a bit worried that the coupons would go thru. i felt abit watched as i exchanged ladys clothes for others without a recipt before hand. i payed with some vouchers at the weekend and only payed £25 for £50 worth of clothes.
anyway tody i went to the till with all the kids clothes and used -
£10 off £50 spend (yellow)
£5 off £35 spend (yellow)
£6 off £30 spend (active pack)
dont have any blues so have active clothes voucher and yellows to swap
did i miss a trick there ?? feel i got a good bargain but if i can get more off i'll do another shop. sas did stop and look at vouchers and me three times lol , not sure i would have got away with more. ramble over lol:beer:0 -

Hey gt - hope you're keeping the faith!
This 'new' coupon malarky is different from the Somerfield bonanza...
...because it's legit - sort of!
Basically you are combining H&B or clothing coupons - even though it's supposed to be 1 per transaction.
Mulitples work too - e.g. If you have £2 off a H&B spend and you spend £4 (before any BOGOFs) you can use 2 coupons - if the SA takes them!
Good luck,

I see the Dudes answered this, but to answer your question a bit more, the Dudes £50 shop in question was just clothes.....if you go back to my answer to his question, you can see the possible combinations to use on a £50, £60 and £70 clothes spend.
