Oh yes, so it is....but I can end the speculation and confirm that both Beauty and Toiletries coupons (all types) worked last night on Nivea sunspray last night which was £10.98 BOGOF (so the till thinks you've spent £21.96). I will also mention this on the H&B thread! (NB I notice the H&B thread says that Johnsons suncare products only work with toiletries H&B voucher, not Beauty, so we can't assume until we try each type - but report successes on the H&B thread!).

Back on topic, don't forget to clothes-shop tomorrow if you want to get the 20% off as that's the last day of it I think!

If you used a lot of coupons with the expensive Nivea, it does away with the theory, that "the tills wont accept more coupons than the number of items bought" (eg 6 coupons if only buying 4 items), as was mentioned a couple of weeks ago..................thats good to know.........I have purposely not bought the expensive items because of this.

Had another couple of good "shops" today, although had to coax one guy to try the rest of my "blue" after the £10(scanned first) failed due to(it said) not enough spent(spent £63).....but charming CS gave me a crisp £10 note for it......even though my bill was only £10.43.......from £91

What an excellent few days its been with the 20% sale and 80% coupons.
    Couponing....."every little hurts"

Half of the people can be part right all of the time, Some of the people can be all right part of the time.
But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.

:rotfl: i know what you mean

went to my fav store today got 230 pounds of clothes and 15 pounds of toiletries for 7.30, they scan what ever you give them and as it was a homeplus they also had coupons for 4 pounds off a 40 spend, i took my sister with me, and had to pick her jaw off the floor :rotfl:. I was told as long as the coupon says tesco they will accept it as they are classed different with coupon policies to the food stores. All the better for clothing and toiletries - shame they don't sell chocolate. :)
coupon over here, coupon over there, every crack filled with coupons even down there
    (meaning under the buggy lol):D

I did very well today, apart from 1 shop going under £60.00 coz something went through cheaper. Meaning yet again only 1 yellow & qp went through, Usually you'd be pleased but not for coupon purposes.

Then I did a £30.00 ladies shop & 4 lynx bsprays, 1 colgate, 2 storage boxes £6.50ish each. The total only came to £29.50
He proceeded to scan my vouchers & then it came to £2.58 & he still had a wad left to scan. I quickly said perhaps you shouldn't scan any more as the till will end up owing me money. He gave me the rest back, I couldn't understand as I did it perfectly, after looking at my receipt the storage boxes were never scanned. I now feel like a thief,
However I can justify it from the amount of times they've took my coupons & they haven't been deducted. The boxes were on the conveyer belt, cashiers error.

I would like to Thank everyone on this site, as I used to top up my shopping stupidely to cover coupon use. Right cashier it's not required. You have all inspired me. ;)

I went to a lady today, asked her if she could scan my vouchers - I had 3 bundles doing 3 transactions and she did. I was in too much of a rush to look for a young lad and I thought oh well if she takes them great, she did and even took 2 daily mail £3.50 vouchers !
