Other than this problem it seems ok, came with office 2007-she wanted cheap and cheerful because she doesnt use it much.

Jesus, that's extortionate for a D610, even with Windows 7. However you can be assured that the copy of Windows 7 and Office 2007 is genuine. The place she got it from use the Microsoft Registered Refurbisher programme to get heavily discounted licences.
