I'm stuffed! Had a lovely Chinese for tea.
DD really enjoyed her pamper party, first time we had one of them. Made a change from disco and bouncy castle parties! Hard to believe sevn yrs ago today my brother was fighting for his life and I was pushing my daughter out! He wasn't expected to last the night but he's still with us thank goodness

Sheils, lovely family pic on your fb of your family it's so nice getting all the kids together for a pic.

I had a hamster as a child what bro had bought me. When it died I was so upset and buried it in a marvel tin (remember that powdered milk? ) in the garden. My dad was doing garden one day and dug it up unaware I'd burried it. He shook the tin and opened it......:eek:

Sylvia, hope tomorrows a better day for you. We've all had Topsy turvy days like that!

Enjoy your bath Becks - at least the water is draining away OK from there then. There is always something going wrong here too.

Thanks wingo. It will be the last time all the kids will be together for a long time as DS1 flies out to Australia on 20th and DS2 will probably follow him at begining of November.

Right i know its definitely time for a hair cut when my hair is taking me 40 minutes to dry :rotfl: normally done anddusted in 1p mins tops :rotfl: also time for another colour (had it done by hairdresser for wedding but back to DIY) I think keep the costs down.

Morning all.

Looks like it is going to be nicer here today. Really must get on top of the washing and ironing!
Don't know when DS1 & DS3 will be back today so will make the most of the peace and quiet. DS2 hasn't been home to his flat for weeks so will have to sort things out as he is giving it up as he is never there and as I said hoping to follow his brother to Australia. Dread to think how much stuff he will be bringing here for us to store for him. We don't have an attic as we made rooms out of it so storing stuff is a pain. (we already have loads of stuff belonging to DS1)
