Becks, well done on the payment from tvtimes :T ive had comments printed with the sun for £50, and jokes with the people for £25, so maybe it will be around that amount

Well I put an order in for next and bought a dress that was in the sale (reduced to £14) and trousers for son (£5.50) and got the £10 off so only had £9.50 to pay! I got them to deliver to store for free save on p&p :j

Hope everyone is well today. Didn't expect to see you today as last night the lights kept flickering off and on and then all the electicity went off. Could see the street lights were still on so we ventured outside to find half the street out there. (our livingroom is at the back) There had been an expolsion at an electricity box thingy up the street and a bush was on fire! We had the police and fire engine. We had quite a street party atmosphere going with peeps in dressing gowns, bare feet etc. Couldn't believe the lights came back on at 3am - and the fan in the bathroom.
Good luck getting all those photos uploaded Becks. I always wait until I get an offer for 100 through and it drives me mad doing them.

Looks like being a lovely day here today, hope it's fine where you are.

Sounds like you've had an eventful night sheils. I hate it when the power goes off. Sometimes it seems to be all properties and at others it's just every 3rd house. That's frustrating, when you can see that the immediate neighbours have power.

DH is off to archery this morning so I can get some comping done early, then he's bringing Fish & Chips back for lunch, so no cooking required today

What an eventful night Sheils for you. Hope you arent too tired. I am only doing the phots because 50 free and rhen 70% off if i spend over £10 on prints. Hopefully can fill the second album and get sone prints for family for a good price.

Hope everyone has a lucky day. The week has been veen very quiet for me so far but i am still trying to get back into a proper routine. I missed virtually all of August comping so not expecting much through.

Wow Sheils, surprised you got any sleep! It's worse when you wake up and realise the electrics gone off through the night! You wonder if you've slept in or not! Glad they sorted it out for you.

Postman brought another Waterstones Book from FB - "The Affair" which DH says looks really good.
I'm not feeling tired as we all went to bed fairly early and I did get back to sleep after DH got up to put off all the lights that had been left on by mistake! I was so happy to see them back on anyway. Had been thinking there would be no hot water for showers etc as DD was just out of one last night when electricity went off.
Off for a walk now.
