For some reason the girls bedroom seems to attract loads of bees, wasps and spiders! (that's why I swapped bedrooms with them, didn't like the buzzing!
) when we moved in there were dead bees all over the room so I think there was a nest nearby.
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -
Morning (well nearly aftenoon) everyone.
Thanks for all the congrats and well dones regarding my 10K yesterday, Im still on a high from the amazing day out I had and still buzzing. I was getting a bit bored of running, but now starting to love it again. Im seriously thinking of doing the great north run next year (thats 13 miles ) I figured that if I can go from nothing to 10K in 6 months I should be able to go from 6.2 miles (10K) to 13 miles in a year. I just can't wait now.
Went to give my rat some banana this morning and there he was lying stillHe was old and I think he was pretty blind too. So we are going to pets at home tomorrow for a couple more rats. The cage is drying out now ready. He was ready to go though.
Lovely weather here today, infact I have my second load in the washing machine nearly finished so I can get that out in a bit. Wish my child allowance came today so we could have taken the DCs out for one last day before school starts tomorrow.
My DD1 will be 5 on christmas day so we have a christmas birthday too. Though its DD2's birthday this month. She will be 1 in a couple of weeks.
Thanks for the heads up with the coke, but Im having problems getting mine, perhaps they've run out :rotfl: That will teach me for not coming on here earlier :rotfl:

we've a couple who live just down the road from us & they keep honey bees, twice they've swarmed into our gardens when the queens left the hive & we have to go round to let them know,
the guy was telling us last time how expensive it is to keep them now :eek:please be a responsible pet owner & spay/neuter your pets, too many strays & not enough homes for them sadly.0 -
