The Compers Inn Part 38

Hi everyone.
A new Inn to come to. I'll probably forget though.
I had loads of post today. Only 3 things were good though. I got my Middlesbrough 10K kit for next Sunday, a garnier deodorant too and a surprise win - a VHS to DVD converter. DH is really pleased with that.
Bit mad at Scottish Power. I've recently moved to another company and gave Scottish Power my final reading earlier this month. However they have sent me a final bill with an estimated reading for the date before I gave them the final one. I worked out they want me to pay an extra £150 than what I owe  Do they think I'm stupid? I assume they do it all the time in the hope that customers wont check and just pay. Well not me. I have actually got an email from them confirming my final meter reading too dated the day I gave them it.
Anyway hope we all have a good weekendCurrent Aims: Laptop/PC, decent money, holiday

Yep. I posted a thread about it on the Discussion Board.
Mamzie quoted a post from the MSE Forum Manager saying that as a compromise, they're thinking of having a tick for enter and then just a red cross that you can use however you see fit.

What a gorgeous place to live Sheils. Even though I'm in the south of England now I was born in Glasgow, lived there till I was 12 and then lived in Stonehaven in the NE till I was in my mid-twenties. Used to go here a lot as it's just outside the town
Have just finished work for the long weekend and found 2 WEMs when checking my email - one for a book I entered for on FB and the other for a horror DVD.
Looking forward to a takeaway and a couple of glasses of wine tonight.0
