They are starting at Sydney Katie - DS1 is an accountant and has interviews lined up when he gets there. DS2 is a chef and quite prepared to do anything for a change so he will follow DS1.

Good Luck to them both I know you will miss them loads I did when my brother went there but am used to it now and look forward to our Skype Chats,if I dont chat on a Sunday I arrange to chat on a Thursday morning.

sheils, hugs for you xx SIL is off to australia for 4 months in october & i know dh will miss her dreadfully & so will i,
since dh's eyesight dimished she's been a godsend to me helping with dh & being there for us on bad days,
we've skype & like katie says at least we'll be able to keep in touch reg & chat, have you got skype, you'll maybe have to get it if not, that way at least you can keep your eye on them

years ago when dh & me used to go walking a lot we came across a little village in the derbyshire dales & i always remember the little bridge with a river running under & there were lots of dragonflies darting up & down inbetween the wild flowers that were growing, was a fantastic experience watching them :j

turned really chilly here tonight :eek: got the old winter wooly cardi on to keep warm :rotfl: to early to be putting the heating on :eek:

It wasn't meant in a bad way, I just love sayings like that and I wondered where it came from as in who originally said it, turns out it was a Vince Lombardi quote, he has quite a few about winning and losing.

Am watching a programme on BBC (think hubby has delay tv on) called Good Cop. Very good but very moving oo. Loks like something I would like to watch more of but at same time could get quite upsetting

Hubbys forms are all finally finished so may be he will be a less stressy and grumpy with me now. I know he worries but i get frustrated when he is grumpy at me cos i am doing my best to help him with all the forms.

Looks like i need a new charger for my mobile. Connection seems loose on this one and doesnt stay charging unless wire is in a certain spot. Only had the phone since March
