Am I the only person who didn't get a purple cat?! I don't even know what they are :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

87 minutes til Mr M zooms off on his motorbike for 2 whole nights, bliss :rotfl::rotfl:

Off to be a lady what lunches today with my friend, lazy day tomorrow and my nephew's 9th birthday party Sunday (it's a full day out, he lives miles away!)

Hopefully fit some comps in between as falling behind again :rotfl::rotfl:

Morning all, Very exciting, off to Heathrow tonight to go to LA tomorrow :-)Just working out money now- we have a full intenary while there but have no idea what to take, we are thinking of taking $800 to start with then we can get more if needed

Only downside is that the Andaz take $375 as card deposit which is a shame as we have to keep that back - hence only taking $800 now but will try and see if we can get them to cancel

My wife is going in a helicopter as part of the prize, she is terrified!! lol

Is it sad that I am a little annoyed with myself I have been unable to do the comps up to the point I get back, going to miss some potential prizes!!

We have had a cold night here - makes a change from rain I suppose.
I got a purple cat too Melvis - a fluffy cuddly white cat with purple
featues. Enjoy your weekend.

No purple cat here either. Think I tried it once and just didn't get it IIRC. Could be thinking of another comp though.

I dont bother with weeklys yet either. Ive only just got into a routine with the dailies. Perhaps I need another tab on my spreadsheet :rotfl:

Feels very cold today, but Im not so sure it is. Perhaps its just my house.

Im feeling a bit down today in regards to not having a job. I need a job and cant find one There is a job fair on Tues that I really want to go to, but its only on 10-2 and as the kids go back to school that day me and DH said we will make the most of it and drive to Teeside Park and have some lunch with our leisure vouchers I got through Ipsos surveys. Though Im thinking of waiting till wed before we go so I can go to the job fair. Though DH isn't impressed by that idea. Why can't the job fair be on till 4 I could do both then.

I have been looking at trying to get back into the office, but wondering if I should start looking for a christmas job in retail for now. Though worried that will mean that is it for me and I will just stay in retail. Not that there's anything wrong with working in a shop by any means, its just that Id rather not work weekends :rotfl:

Anyway good luck for today everyone. Hope there are some wins out there for us

I think that too when it's my day off but most days I'm up at 5 to get the bus to work :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: and yesterday I did a 10 hour shift so was soooo tired last night lol xx

It's a bright breezy day here today, but hopefully not so breezy that DH won't be able to go to his Archery this afternoon, at least they say it will be dry, after yesterday that's a bonus.

I haven't got my purple cat here either, maybe today

Zombie think your hubby should understand why the jobs fair is important to you. You should go as you never know what might present itself.

Zombie, I'm in the same position and getting really down. I've put in for loads of teaching assistant jobs even for level1 although I'm level3, I've got some nursing experience and experience with special needs children but nothing is coming available so I'm looking into other jobs now but there's nothing coming available round here. good luck with your job hunting hun, hope it works out for you. Xx oh...might also be over T.park Tuesday when DD he's back to school, going toys r us for her present!
