Hi FireFly, If I am donating it will always be to a Cancer charity, kids or other. I also lost my Father to stomach cancer when he was 49 so its always close to my heart too. so sad to lose to this awful disease.
Such a waste of a life.
Well done on your Rubbersole win B.Sue.
Where is everyone tonight?
Look! He has gone past me again!
This is not good enough, not even a WEM insight either.BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO POST THE COMPETITIONS0 -

Amilucky, good on yer for standing your ground with regards to Alice's care. I can imagine Alice would have felt she had lost her dignity if she had to urinate in a pad....plus there is more risk of bed sores! It's so difficult to get past all the red tape these days when it comes to manual handling. I'm glad Alice has got you there with her every step of the way :Alook after yourself too
Sue, well done on your win! :j Better late than never!
Sounds like you're enjoying yourself Sheils
Fire**fly, well done on the raffle win toowouldn't it be great if there was a real cure for every cancer going. I've donated £3 month to cancer research ever since I started working when I left school and just kept it going. I do get asked to donate more or to other charities too but I just can't do it as much as I'd like to.
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -
