That's great Sue that you got your carpets like new again. I miss the bounce in my carpet, was lovely when first got them! I have a steam cleaner but not challenged it on the carpets yet!

The spiders are still there Sheils was hoping hubby might have moved them!hope they're not as fierce as your pics!

Becks that sounds like much better working hours, especially as the dark nights are drawing in.

had trouble with the vacuum cleaner this morning :eek:
bloomin thing started making funny noises & then stopped on me :eek: had to virtually dismantle it to get it going again :eek::rotfl:

you just need to put an old bowl or something over it & slide some cardboard under & put it out in garden

I have one of those plastic spider catcher thingys on a stick but they are in an awkward position in the corner of the landing as I have lots of nooks and crannies in my ceilings and walls I can't even get them in the catcher. Gonna have to disturb them (gulp) _pale_

oh dear that does make it awkward, have you a feather duster long enough to reach it, i've done that before & you can gently brush & twist it onto it then run to a window to shake it out, just a thought it might help
