Phone Box Direct / The Mobile Affiliates
i have contact with phone box direct (mobile affiliates) i received my first cashback on time, right after 28 days.
the second payment for 2nd cashback still not paid and when i ring them they say there is nothing wrong with my application it's in process.
i sent my bill on about 14 Feb recorded they received it i know and they know said they received it. i rang them a few times about it no positive response.
anybody that have any suggestion that they think could be suseful plz post them them in.
{don't keep those suggestions locked up in that round suggestion box on you body let it out};)

i sent them my bill in february for cashback and two months on not received my cash back yet.
i contacted them too, but got no positive response other than to wait.
why are they delaying it for so long............
when a customer send a bill even a day late they don't pyout the cashback because the bill got there late.
when customers don't received their cashback on time, TWo MONTHS why isn't there anything that can be done about these companies??If electricty comes from electrons, does morality come from morons?

Any positive news about the cashback situation at all?
Am currently thinking of buying a LG shine on a 12 month contract with 9 months cash back ( which seems to good a bargain! ) and just wondered if its a con or any hints on how to ensure cashback would be bratly appreciated?0 -

some on that thread commented that it's 28 WORKING days before the money reaches you....i've personally only received my 1st installment from them so far and it took approx 2mths to reach me
i'd suggest calling them up and asking for a projected date of the cheque being despatched....and when that date is breached, email them for clarification and they should hopefully send the cheque out in a jiffy. at least that's what happened to me...0 -
I am am with cool new mobile (mbile affiliates) and received a cheque today 2 months after receiving the e-mail to say processed successfully. All the others have been the same so just hang on. I think they mean 56 days rather then 28 days.0

They just take a long time to pay. I got my check from my cashback from the start of January, just this week. They also now send out handwritten cheques so don't know if they have had computer problems.
I've had no problem with them apart from the delay (and that they changed their claim address at the end of last year and weren't very clear about telling anyone!!! On purpose I reakon)0 -

i received mine after a long wait (sent 14,Feb * 19,April)
first 1 was on time in 28 days
"Bluep" when did they change their adress, if so what is the new address ?
i still send my bills to the old address:
