Im in the exact same boat. Ordered holiday clothes and clothes for lo on Thursday due to store sat but the status is still placed. I gave them a call and the girl blamed it on the bank holiday weekend. I asked her if she had a clue when they would be dispatched and she just repeated to me that the store will contact me when they have them.

I was told that the orders haven't been picked so ad most is out of stock now can guarantee it will be cancelled otdered thurs for sat pick up.

Just collected mine from store and very happy with complete order. The items are still on sale in the store, but not at these cheap prices! thank you OP. Delighted

for anyone with orders 'missing' it may be worth checking with the store.. went to pick up one of my orders today and got them to check my order number for my 'missing one' (again) and it still said it hadn't been despatched to the store on their system.. they went and got the parcel that i came for and the 'missing one' happened to be there as well although it only had 4 out of the 7 items in it that i ordered.

should all the items be in one parcel? the invoice only had the 4 items on it and the price for the 4. i've either got 3 items hanging around somewhere or need to call them for a refund for them.

Just collected mine-included 4 pairs of jeans all the same size-3inch difference around the waist!!! Unbelievable difference in size to say they're meant to be the same!!!!
