George@Asda online misprices?

Collected mine today. Received email & text that ready to collect. V.pleased with items. Thanks OP. Some of my items were still showing full price in store.

I placed 2 seperate orders on thursday..first order was expected in store for saturday.. still says order placed but they've taken the money from my account for this one. Second order is supposed to arrive in store tomorrow..recieved a text about 7pm today saying it's left the warehouse.. so looks like its on its way.

Just received an email to say my order has been dispatched, I think maybe they're just inundated with orders.

Very very poor customer service - getting a bit fed up now. After 3 phone calls about order not being delivered next day and each time being told something different, I have now had part of the order cancelled but rest still showing as order in progress.

As previous posters have said, money already taken from my account for full order and for next day delivery. Apparently refund for cancelled items may take up to 10 days. Asda should take a leaf out of Amazon's book and not charge for anything until the items have been despatched.

This is the first time I have ordered online from Asda and I will certainly be thinking twice before I order anything else. :mad:

I'm a bit late on the bandwagon and LOADS of items OOS of course but managed to order 13 items fo 27.95 with standard delivery so hope I get everything as I DON'T want to miss out on the £5 discount offered

If so I will complain as I only purposely made it up to 30 quid ( which was way too easy to do! ) to get the 5 pound discount

Funny thing is on my order some of the sizes were showing as BLANK so I hope they know what size I have ordered???

The prices were amazing though , especially on the OOS ones and I can see why you snapped them up - But am happy with what I did manage to get = The last of my holiday clothing treats & a few bits for the LO's :D

but wheres my other order?? asda say there is a 'technical issue' with it and its status is not updating.. they can't tell me where it is..I have rang the store myself and it's not there

Received an email to say my lost order was now out of stock,I don't think it was I think they lost it,oh well,win some lose some lol

My order placed Thurs still only showing as placed but as above posters money has been taken from my account on Fri! Hope I get my items as they are for my hols but not holding my breath. Rang up to see what is going on but the girl didn't seem to have a clue. Very poor.
