Problems with Ideal Standard products - any advice?

Hi all
I don't know if anybody on here can help me - but I'm so upset right now.
We have just purchased an Ideal Standard bathroom through Doble Bathrooms online.
We have had a whole range of problems with the Ideal Standard products.
The Ideal Standard Alto CT bath that arrived had a waste hole that was cut off centre, this was returned, then another bath was sent out and it had the same problem, so that also had to go back, third time lucky as the third one was ok.
Then there was a problem with the Ideal Standard Concept Sphere basin. It had 3 lumps on it. Where something had happened during manufacturing. This was returned and another sent out.
Then the Ideal Standard Unilux Plus+ bath panel arrived and was so weak and flimsy it won't even sit flush - well not without a number of bits of cardboard wedged under and at the top of it - so we have had to pay the plumber for an extra days work to provide us with a sturdy tiled one instead. The panel had been cut so cannot be returned.
Although these problems caused us huge amounts of stress they were dealt with and we were looking forward to our finished bathroom - something that we have worked hard to save for and spent a lot of time and care choosing.
Tonight we came home to see our finished bathroom, and we are so disappointed having noticed that the Concept Sphere Semi Countertop Basin is actually a really dirty off white colour and not the same bright white as the CT Alto Bath, Studio Back to Wall Pan and Concept glossy white furniture. It really does stand out like a sore thumb!
I just can't understand why its not white like everything else. I believed all the Idea Standard Sanitaryware would be the same colour??? And it isn't described as a different colour from white anywhere on the web.
We really are upset. I'm hoping to god that there has been a mistake somewhere along the line as with the other items and that the basin is faulty.
Do we actually have a leg to stand on with this? I've written to the Ideal Standards Complaints department tonight and hoping they will be able to do something about it. Has anybody ever had any experience with them? Are they helpful?
We have a further problem in that the Glossy White plinth is also a completely different white to the rest of the Concept furniture we have received. This also stands out too. Its because the rest of the furniture has a bright white glossy coating and the plinth doesn't. So it doesn't match.
Does anybody here have experience with these items? Are yours off white or the a normal white?
I'm at my wits end with it all. I never believed having a bathroom fitted could be so awful.

We've just been quoted £105 for a new toilet seat!!!!
the hinge has failed after 4 years.
HAS to be an IS seat as particular shape.0 -
OP - its nearly impossible to guarantee an exact colour match from bath to basin to loo. However, I think you should get onto Ideal Standard and ask them to send an Inspector round.

Anyway. Ideal WC seats and ceramics are guaranteed for five years from date of purchase. Just claim and get a new one. Don't understand the problem really. Customer care line number in my post above.
