The de-appointment scenario can't occur without using the Physical or Logical disconnection process.
The distributor could do this error as well as the supplier.
In this scenario, there is an industry process to resurrect or create a new MPAN. The site, technically, is never shipper less and the supplier is billed for all consumption...which just takes some fiddling in agent processes.:rotfl: It's better to live 1 year as a tiger than a lifetime as a worm...but then, whoever heard of a wormskin rug!!!:rotfl:0
