Help please in being diplomatic

Hi all
Sold an item on eBay last week, buyer comes back to say it is not as described, missing buttons and marks. I accepted a return, apologised profusely, refunded in full plus return postage, buyer left positive feedback.
Now, the dress came back in perfect condition, no missing buttons or marks....ok, fair enough, odd buyer. No bother, I can just sell it again, no harm done.
Buyer has now messaged me interested in another item, asking if it has any damage. I have not yet replied, but I need to soon. I do not want any further dealings with this buyer and will be blocking them, but I need to be diplomatic (as much as I would like to reply 'are you having a laugh?!')
Can anyone suggest how I approach this?

Why don't you block this buyer, then she won't cause you any more trouble? I had a buyer that bid and won a toaster I had for sale. I sent it with an extra little item that matched in the same range I thought she might like. A week later she says the toaster doesn't work. I get it back, try it out, it works perfectly......she kept the extra item I sent! I had more items from this matching range, she messaged me wanting the whole lot. I politely told her they would be on eBay. Then I blocked her from bidding. She was trouble from start to finish, demanding her money back before she sent the item, emailing every day etc. Be polite in your reply, if you send one op.0

Don't reply, just block them and ignore any further communication attempts. They sound far too much hassle to waste any more of your time with.0

Sorry, I see you are blocking them. I wouldn't bother replying TBH.0

I am going to block her, I just need a few suggestions on how to reply. I was thinking something about not being able to meet her standards or something.
Sounds like you have encountered my buyer too!0 -
I have replied saying I will check the item when I get home. I will block her and not send any further messages - if she does contact me again, I hope I will have sold the item by then!!!!0

Don't bother replying - just block.
It's not worth it - they won't 'get it' anyway.If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0 -
I aggree with others, no real need to reply.
However, if you are desperate to respond, how about something like.
Thanks for your questions, however, it seems we have different oppinions about condition. The missing buttons and marks you noted on the last item you purchased from me were infact present and absent, respectively. Therefore I don't think I can help you with this purchase.
But like I said, I wouldn't bother.0 -

It might be better without spelling mistakes like `agree` and `opinions`.............0
