I'm not desperate to respond, I just like to provide good customer service and therefore explain to her why it may not be a good idea for us to be involved in further transactions together as I cannot provide goods of the standard she would expect.

Maybe I have my reply right there ^^^^

I just think to ignore her would be rude.

You have provided good customer service, this person is obviously a weirdo saying missing buttons when there isn't so I would just ignore her, she's a timewaster.
