get sick pay for pmt im sorry but thats ridiculus there are genuine people who need to claim who cant but unfortunately too many people want money for nothing
it may sound harsh but if you cant manage/cope with your job put up with it untill you can find another
Actually women can be very ill from PMT to the extent that they can get referred to the Endocrinology department at Hospital for treatment.
So its not always just a case of someone not being able to cope with their job.0 -
maybe she should just go see a specialist if the porblem is so bad it affects her everyday.
Its too easy for some people to just jump on the sick bandwagon0
