You can check your bluetooth service I.D by pressing *#232337# , check if it has any valid information, if it has use d500 service software which you can find using google,then click on bluetooth id,enter valid no (the number when you press *#232337#), then click on repair,if still does not work then only samsung will be able to fix it and you will have to send the phone to them as they cant do it over the phone.

if you type this in (without sim) *2767*2878#
it sometimes gives a temp fix (you may lose saved data)
but it is common on these and is usually a faulty chip

It should bring up a code which will be your Bluetooth Mac adress. Post your code it gives you and I will have a look at it, if not then the code Drahcir has posted ( *2767*2878# = E2P Custom Reset) might do it like he said on a short term fix but you might lose some of your saved data.
