access to our garden is through double glazed French doors - and I am wondering if you can GET revolving double glazed patio doors! am resigned to being the 'doorperson' though.
and no, he cant stay out all day - he has a 'grooming' appointment at 1.00 before his lunch, every day. and he is trained not to go out of garden.0 -
1 cat, no cat flap. In Summer the back doors are often open while I'm at home, but not in Winter.
Over the past 30 years we've always had dogs so I'm very used to opening doors as The Butler.
Now we've had The Damn Cat (a rescue) for 4 years who will ask to be let out when the door's closed and, on his return, yell to be let in. He's always home for the night.
He has a litter tray indoors which he uses if desperate when it's cold or raining (he hates bad weather) or if he's indoors when I've gone out. He has a warm shelter in the garden. He's spoilt rotten!
If he hadn't already been an outdoor cat I would have tried to make him an indoor cat as it's easier plus fewer vet bills  .0
