i am wanting to upgrade the bt internet to unlimited but am only 3 months away from the two year contract i am in and they are saying i must be tied into a new 1 year contract if i want to do this. my daughter signed up for net flicks and this has sent the usuage up but why do i have to be tied in for another year for the whole package this seems wrong? any ideas or help anyone?

Seems reasonable, however if you are not happy ask them for your MAC, and investigate the alternatives at your exchange. Remember broadband is exchange specific.That gum you like is coming back in style.0
