it has been exactly 1 week since we sale agreed. we have a mortagge AIP and wont need to extend the mortgage or anything. we had a morgage surney due tomoz but that is all weve got to so far. i called my broker about half an hour and asked if we could postpone the survey as we could use a night to sleep on it. however i think the longer we think about it the more we veer towards the 'newer' bungalow. (by 'we' i mean me and the BF))

Its only in the very very early stages - I'd have no hesitation in going for the better bunglow - move in quickly with an offer (& don't reject your existing offer before you get your new offer for the new bunglow accepted - you can even put a bit of pressure on EA/vendor by saying you need a quick decision as you've had another offer accepted but you really want to buy their bunglow.)
