If it has more features for the same price it's unlikely it's in as nice an area as the one you already have a sale agreed on!Annual income twenty pounds, annual expenditure nineteen nineteen and six, result happiness. Annual income twenty pounds, annual expenditure twenty pounds ought and six, result misery0

How long have u agreed the sale for and have u had a survey done etc. and started conveyancing process yet. If you haven't done any of that, then I think you're in your right to pull out and go for the other house - don't forget some sellers will do the same to you if someone for example came in with a better offer etc.
So as long as you've not messed them about too much or too much time hasn's passed since your agreement then I'd say u can pull out - its a big purchase and its got to be right.

Book a viewing of the nicer bungalow today. If you still love it after a viewing of the property then look at putting an offer in. But as mchu6am4 says how far are you down the line with regards to the bungalow you have already had offer accepted on?
Serious consideration needs to be given to this before taking the plunge for the other bungalow. If it is an amazing bungalow for a good price then there probably will already be a lot of interest in it and you may not definitely get your offer accepted if someone else is in stronger position than you.
Basically assess all the issues and then make a decision. It is an important decision and you need to make sure you are doing the right one. You wouldn't want to not get the 3 bed bungalow and and have already lost the 2bed bungalow too.0 -
I find it quite rude when people ask for advice on forums and then don't bother replying (hopefully tudorfan22 has a valid excuse for not coming back so far.)0

Not everyone is on the pc all day though! Maybe he/she is at work or has a family?
Usually I only get a look-in after 10pm when the kids have all had their turn and have gone to bed.....but today is an exception as 3 of them are watching tv and one of them is out.
I only find it rude when someone doesn't respond to advice given after a couple of days, and never gives a 'thanks' at all to any of the replies.....there was someone recently who annoyed me in that way and I haven't forgotten!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I think that comment is a bit unfair.
Maybe tudorfan posted the question at 8:07 before going to work, and hasn't got home yet.0 -
I didn't really mean to have a go at anyone (infact I didn't even read what time turbofan had posted) - I'm sorry if I've caused offence to anyone, I was meant to comment generally.
I suppose I'm lucky to be working for a firm that lets me use the net pretty much as i like (obviously without abusing it!)
