Not sure what a Moody enquiry is but the original listing was 130725899267.
As for the Paypal funding, for once I let it just debit my bank account & not go thru my credit/debit card. Its classed as an Instant Bank Transfer. Can my bankers make the same request of paypal?
I've called paypal to see if there is anything they an do. Altho its gone past 45 days ( sob) they will raise in issue on this persons account to see if reguar complaints come in but thats all they can do. This person has 100% feedback on Ebay with previous buyers not seeming to have any complaints. There has been no Ebay listings by the seller since my listing.
Paypal suggested I ring Consumer Direct which I did. They took the details & recommended I send a letter by recorded delivery which I now have, asking for a refund or delivery of the new certificate otherwise it will go to small claims. I bet I don't hear anything.
Gutted that I missed the Paypal resolution deadline by 2 days. I was away for 3 weeks hence the delay in my chasing it
