What about games though?
So far I have...
- Bobbing for apples
- Musical statues (when the music stops they have to freeze in a scary pose)
- Pin the broom on the witch
Any ideas?? Thanks again!
we used to play something I called 'pick the bogie'- Make up a big bowl or bowls of lime jelly with some green grapes placed into bottom of bowl before making up (i found whole grapes were fine but if chopped into half, you need to put in a little bit of jelly first put in grapes, let cool a bit before pouring over rest of jelly)
- give all players a plastic witches finger to put on
- let them hoick out the grapes with the finger
Don't use your best tablecloth, the jelly stains!
***just remembered something in the food line - if you get mini pretzels & dip them into melted white chocolate, they look a bit like skulls. You used to be able to buy them like this but I can't remember what they were called & haven't seen them in the shops for years**0 -

These were my treat boxes last year for my 2 children, this year I will do something different as we are away too!
We added rice into a container with green water and the rice sucked up some of the water which in turn made them look like maggots. They eyeballs were hard boiled eggs out of the shell in red water!Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -
