I agree with opening an NPB case. It looks like he's looking for any way to get out of paying. TBH I would be wary of sending him the item even if he did, it raised a red flag for me when he asked if the screen was cracked although you had already said it was not. Got me thinking that the screen might somehow get cracked so he could get money back!0
