Yes I saw a scan of the judgement posted on here, it was linked to and uploaded to photobucket

Even better, if the link is already on here.

There was one that I know of but it was by an ex-poster from here. I have seen the case details and can vouch for it as true as far as I could tell - but will not repeat it here. It did go to Court and he won a few hundred pounds damages for harassment, a few years ago.

You only get a transcript if you pay for one, it's not automatic.

Just post up the reference then, I might even take a punt.

All you have to do is find it, I saw it at least a couple of years ago, so all you have to do is go through several thousand posts to find where it is now. Best of luck
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

It does indeed seem to be a rare beast.

Shame really, it would be a good one to quote for reference when advising all the other posters to put their claims in. If someone has indeed done the groundwork, gone to court, and won, it would be far better to use the winning formula then have to take a punt from scratch in an unproven case.
