All you have to do is find it, I saw it at least a couple of years ago, so all you have to do is go through several thousand posts to find where it is now. They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!

It does indeed seem to be a rare beast.
Shame really, it would be a good one to quote for reference when advising all the other posters to put their claims in. If someone has indeed done the groundwork, gone to court, and won, it would be far better to use the winning formula then have to take a punt from scratch in an unproven case.0
